Purpose of the role:

A Pre-Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the sales team with discovery and qualification activities, solution design and demonstration, statement of work input and quote detail, using Keyloop selling methodology and ensuring a successful sales outcome.

 

Contribution Level:

Customer facing role using their system and industry knowledge to maximise sales opportunities. 

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with salespeople to identify and qualify opportunities for Keyloop solutions.
  • Conduct technical discoveries to inform completion of OUTCOMES.
  • Design solutions that are right for the customer’s needs.
  • Create present back presentations to illustrate key value points.
  • Demonstrate Keyloop solutions in a compelling way to inspire customers.
  • Document key requirements of the solution to the Statement of Work.
  • Review the quotation with the salesperson for accuracy and assist with ROI presentation.
  • Maintain Pre-Sales requests and update Keyforce opportunities with relevant files and events.
  • Drive sales opportunities forward at pace with salesperson.

 

Knowledge and Experience:

 

 

Knowledge

  • Level of knowledge of principles, concepts within speciality area and company business:
  • Knowledge of dealer, importer, and OEM processes.
  • Detailed knowledge of Keyloop solutions, including DMS, layered applications, partner, and platform.
  • Knowledge of latest industry trends/KPI’s and competitor solutions.
  • Role in project management and/or development of procedure and processes:

 

 

  Supervision / Leadership

  •  Nature of guidance received:
  • Receive guidance from their manager and follow established policies and procedures.
  • Nature of influence on people, project, processes, strategy:            

 

 

Other skills or experience required:

Desirable:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with 3 years in Pre Sales, Sales, preferably in the IT solution industry and/or the Automotive sector.
  • Multi-lingual:  English, French and Dutch.
  • Experience with Keyloop Autoline or Drive DMS.

 

 

Essential:

  • Bi-lingual: English and French speaker.
  • Experience in presenting technology solutions in a solutions environment where the ROI has been based on business process change/optimisation.
  • Customer focussed - maturity and diplomacy to handle the various levels within the target client organizations.
  • Results driven.
  • Resourceful.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially around listening, questioning – politely assertive.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, proactive.
  • Highly organised within a process orientated environment.
  • Highly computer literate and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
