Duties and Responsabilities:

  • Develop and implement a global Reseller sales strategy that aligns with Keyloop's growth objectives, market expansion plans, and revenue targets.
  • Lead a team of Channel Managers and partner success specialists, fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on execution, results, and partner satisfaction.
  • Design and implement channel partner programs and performance metrics to drive maximum partner engagement and productivity.
  • Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with key channel partners to foster loyalty, ensure commitment, and promote sustainable revenue growth.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners to expand Keyloop's reach in key markets and customer segments.
  • Work closely with the Partner Managers to build joint value propositions, co-marketing strategies, and go-to-market plans that drive demand generation and competitive positioning.
  • Own and manage Reseller sales performance, including setting and meeting sales quotas, monitoring pipeline development, and ensuring timely deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure and negotiate channel agreements, pricing models, and contracts that align with overall commercial objectives.
  • Drive accurate forecasting, revenue tracking, and reporting for Reseller sales, providing insights on partner performance and growth opportunities.
  • Lead partner enablement efforts by designing and delivering training programs, sales tools, and technical resources that empower partners to sell and support Keyloop’s solutions effectively.
  • Work with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and support for end customers via the Reseller channel.
  • Establish a feedback loop to communicate partner and market needs back to internal teams, guiding product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends, identify gaps, and assess new market opportunities for the Reseller Channel.
  • Adapt channel strategy to fit emerging markets, regulatory shifts, and evolving customer needs within the automotive industry.
  • Drive initiatives to expand market share and customer reach through Reseller partners, including territory expansion, product diversification, and target customer alignment.

 

Knowledge and Experience:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
•    Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 5 years focused on indirect channels, partnerships, or channel sales within the automotive or related technology sector.
•    Minimum 5 years of people management experience. 
•    Deep understanding of the automotive industry, its sales and distribution channels, and emerging technology trends.
•    Proven track record of exceeding Resller sales targets, managing channel P&L, and driving revenue growth through partnerships.
•    Ability to develop and execute strategic channel initiatives and drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
•    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building lasting, strategic partnerships.
•    Proficient in data-driven decision-making, financial modeling, and sales forecasting.
•    Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), partner management tools, and sales enablement platforms.
•    Experience managing channel sales across multiple regions, with knowledge of the unique dynamics and regulatory considerations in key global markets.
•    Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet with partners, attend industry events, and support global expansion.
•    A self-starter who is both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for digital transformation in the automotive industry.
