Role Overview:

Keyloop is at the forefront of transforming the automotive industry through innovative SAAS solutions. We are seeking an OEM Account Director with a sharp focus on the automotive sector to drive our software solutions across the UK and Ireland. This role is pivotal in supporting our manufacturers, OEMs, and NSC partners by delivering exceptional sales performance and fostering long-term relationships.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Execution: Plan, prioritize, and implement sales strategies to meet and surpass both the immediate needs and long-term goals of our partners and Keyloop.
  • Account Management: Take charge of managing and expanding OEM accounts through strategic sales efforts, including identifying and tapping into growth areas within existing accounts and securing new ones.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture positive, consultative relationships across all levels within the customer's organization, ensuring Keyloop remains a preferred partner.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Facilitate seamless interactions between customers and third-party partners, ensuring aligned objectives and mutual success.
  • Negotiation and Planning: Lead negotiations on supplier agreements such as NDAs, pricing, and support, while also crafting and executing detailed strategic business/sales plans.
  • Market Engagement: Maintain a high level of visibility within the market, executing professional customer engagements and keeping abreast of market conditions to adapt strategies as necessary.
  • Communication: Serve as a key communicator of Keyloop's policies, procedures, and innovations, ensuring clear and effective dissemination both externally to customers and internally.
  • Presentation Skills: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to customers and internal teams, highlighting the value and capabilities of Keyloop's offerings.
  • Travel Requirements: Be prepared to travel extensively, up to 60% or more, to engage with customers, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture an opportunity pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue growth targets.
  • Maintains a Company Org Chart of our customers.

 

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Educational Background: Relevant education or training, with a strong preference for candidates possessing 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management and sales within the SAAS or automotive software sectors.
  • B2B Sales Experience: At least 2 years of proven success in B2B consultative selling, ideally within the automotive or SAAS business landscapes.
  • Core Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, time management, planning, prioritizing, and organizational capabilities, alongside a quick aptitude for learning and applying technical product information.
  • Technology Proficiency: Competence with PC/device, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce CRM, ensuring efficient management of customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective negotiations, presentations, and internal collaborations.
  • Leadership Qualities: A self-driven individual with a track record of exceeding job expectations, showcasing high levels of relational, influencing, and networking skills.
  • Professionalism: Must embody a professional demeanor, capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
