The End User Compute Cloud Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and escalation support of Keyloop’s end-user computing environments and modern workspace solutions. This role will focus on optimizing Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, Entra and Intune to enhance user experience, security, and productivity.

Duties and responsibilities: 

• Design, deploy, and manage end-user computing environments, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual desktops. 

• Implement and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other M365 applications. 
   

• Administer and maintain Active Directory and Entra identity solutions to ensure secure and efficient user authentication and access management. 
   

• Utilize Intune for device management, ensuring compliance with security policies and seamless integration with other IT services. 
   

• Provide escalation support for end-user devices, M365 services, Active Directory, and Intune. 
   

• Develop and maintain documentation for end-user computing and modern workspace environments. 
   

• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of end-user devices and modern workspace solutions. 

• Monitor and optimize the performance and security of end-user devices, M365 services, Active Directory, and Intune. 
   

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in end-user computing, modern workspace, and identity management. 

Knowledge 

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in solution design and delivery for end-user computing, Microsoft , Active Directory, Entra ID and Intune. 
   

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems. MacOS also desirable. 
   

• Experience with device management tools such as Intune, and JAMF. 
   

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. 
   

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra AD, InTune, Conditional Access and Group Policy management. 
   

• Deep understanding of security concepts in the End User Compute and M365 space.  

• A demonstrable security-first attitude whilst enabling optimal user experience for the business. 

• Proven skills with scripting and automation using PowerShell and/or other scripting languages. 
   

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies , specifically Azure Virtual Desktop 
   

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
   

• Able to identify opportunities for process automation.  
   

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
   

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
   

Preferred Qualifications: 

Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar.
