Purpose Of Role :

Reporting to the Security Engagements Manager, this role is to work to protect the security of Keyloop and the services we provide to our customers. 

This is a pivotal role in the Keyloop Security team and will primarily be responsible for working in a collaborative relationship between Keyloop, 3rd party suppliers and our customers. This role will be to help in the delivery of 3rd party oversight and customer questionnaires in a timely way to a consistently high quality. You will work with internal Keyloop teams to interpret requirements, gather information and provide quality responses to the customer in their preferred format as to how Keyloop are securing services provided to them including the protection of their data managed on their behalf as well as the delivery to plan of Keyloop’s own 3rd party cyber security oversight plan. 

Role Responsibilities :

As the Information Security Analyst, you'll need to: 

• Liaise with internal and customer stakeholders in relation to cyber security issues and provide future recommendations 

• Generate reports for both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders 

• Maintain an information security risk register and assist with internal and external audits relating to information security with Keyloop customers and suppliers 

• Keep up to date with the latest security and technology developments 

• Research/evaluate emerging cyber security threats and ways to manage them 

• Test and evaluate security products 

• Use advanced analytic tools to determine emerging threat patterns and vulnerabilities 

• Assist with the creation, maintenance and delivery of cyber security awareness training for colleagues 

Skills / Knowledge & Experience :

• Analytical and interpretative abilities to transpose requirements into manageable deliverables 

• Strong communicator and stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organisation 

• Self-starter with a “can do” attitude, able to work independently 

• The ability to plan and manage own workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines – including the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects 

• Solution based thinker - excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
