Salesforce Senior Declarative Development Consultant/Team Lead

OVERVIEW

We are seeking an individual to join the Keyloop Salesforce Support & Development team as a Declarative Development Consultant/Team Lead. This team is responsible for the overall Salesforce Technical development, configuration & Architecture.

The successful candidate will bring extensive Salesforce expertise, have a strong project delivery ethic and will be able to work with and influence key users in multiple geographies.

The role

The Senior Declarative Development Consultant/ Team Lead understands the full extent of the digital solution and will collaborate effectively with colleagues from other disciplines to define technology objectives, assess solution options and devise architectural solutions that achieve both strategic business goals and meet operational requirements to ensure the solution fits into the enterprise architecture.

Working with our business and technology colleagues, the Senior Declarative Development Consultant/Team Lead will prepare the technical blueprints for cost effective and efficient Salesforce solutions across the salesforce platform, taking a solution leadership role throughout design and delivery, to help ensure that technical solutions continue to meet business requirements and follow the organisation’s strategic vision.

Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years Senior Declarative Development Consultant, has been a team lead in a previous role for at least 2 years is able to lead, coach and nurture a team to be their best, is able to work with solution architects of global brands, be able to architect and implement technology solutions in support of digital transformation initiatives. Furthermore, the ideal candidates will be:

• A Salesforce Declarative Development escalation point able to help Keyloop assess its current digital technology maturity, identify gaps and shape a comprehensive, end-to-end digital blueprint and technology roadmap
• Be proactive at system maintenance, security & always looking at ways to reduce technical debt
• At minimum Salesforce certification of, App Builder, Sales/Service Consultant and Platform Developer
• Experience in leading a team ensuring they are continually motivated and trained to the highest level.
• Experienced in supporting business development declarative activities, including designing and top-down and bottom-up estimating Salesforce solutions based on minimal requirements provided by our inhouse team of Business Analysts
• Experienced in the systems delivery lifecycle including requirements gathering, technical design, configuration, integration, testing (all phases), migration and deployment.
• Able to enforce best practice.

To do the job well, you should be experienced in the following:

• Salesforce data modelling, integration patterns and salesforce architecture best practices
• Salesforce offerings, including licensing options
• Deployment management and software delivery lifecycle
• A confident written and verbal communicator, able to clearly explain digital ideas to non-technical audiences, and work effectively with non-technical colleagues and business executives
• Excellent communication skills
• Stakeholder management
• Ability to lead a team & configure the system

 Minimum Requirements:

• Salesforce Certified in, App Builder, Consultant (Sales or Service cloud both preferable) and Platform Developer, I
• Proven experience in providing knowledge Transfer on complex, digital and front-office transformation initiatives.
• Expert Salesforce Flow experience
• Experience Portal knowledge at bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical design and delivery of complex BCRs and projects
• High Level and Details sizing Capability
• Collaborative working across teams to design, build and support solutions on and surrounding the Salesforce platform.
• Facilitate release management activities across teams, ensuring controlled and timely deployments within a continuous integration environment. Ensure that all changes are documented, reviewed, tested and approved before release.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on items related to Salesforce and the Salesforce eco-system (e.g. AppExchange).
• Prototyping
• Coaching junior resources to enable support teams to rotate into the declarative team activities
• Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring governance
• Leading a team
• Ability to push technical boundaries to become a world class team
