Purpose of role:

This is a Global role responsible for overseeing the Benefits administration of the company with additional responsibility of HR analytics.

Key role responsibilities:

• Design C&B policies and processes that align with company’s strategic plan.

• Subject-matter expert on EMEA Insurance Benefits renewal and administration that supports company’s Benefits philosophy and principles.
• Identifies benefit options by studying programs and obtaining advice from consultants.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements aligned with existing laws and country regulations.
• Bi-annual review of claim utilization and benefit usage by preparing benefits reports.
• Prepare Budget forecast based on medical trends and claim utilization report.
• Responsible for Benefits dashboard to highlight internal trends and present data analysis to HR Leadership team on quarterly basis.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of benefits experience managing diverse programs across EMEA and APAC regions.

• Extensive Knowledge of benefits packages, policies, and legislations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills including the ability to effectively communicate with HR and business stakeholders.
• Exceptional Analytical skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
• Appetite to learn and work in an agile environment.
• Knowledge of Advanced excel and Macros is a must.
• Experience of working on Success Factors and Power BI will be a plus.
