What is the purpose of the role?

 

As Co-Delivery Partner Engagement Manager, you are responsible for the success of our collaboration and relationship with the Co-Delivery partners across various Keyloop markets. Managing and improving Co-Delivery partner engagement, including partner performance, partner resource skillset, risk management and Co-Delivery product certification are the “highlights” of the role.

 

This role is key to us to support the mission of Professional Services, which is to accelerate and de-risk our project delivery through effective enablement and delivery of Keyloop solutions with Co-Delivery Partners.

 

You are an experienced professional, with the drive and experience to make a difference. The role requires an experienced Leader with Partner Management skills, capable of mentoring and developing Co-Delivery capacity, managing the cross functional relationships internally and being part of Co-Delivery Management team. You will be expected to challenge the status quo and identify, promote and execute improvement opportunities on a regular basis. The role requires presence, passion and energy.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with the Professional Services team in order to use Keyloop Co-Delivery partners to accelerate our customer project outcomes.
  • Embed programs that align with our PS & Co-Delivery strategy to increase deployment velocity.
  • Work with our Co-Delivery Partner organizations to ensure personnel have the required level of training and certification in order to achieve Keyloop project delivery following best practices. You will implement programs for achieving requirement and exceeding delivery quality
  • Build and maintain an effective process for partner resources ensuring effective utilization and quality of services across Keyloop customer projects.
  • Work with PMO and Co-Delivery team to oversee pipeline planning process with each of the delivery partners to ensure partner resource availability in a timely manner to support Keyloop services opportunities.
  • Work with the cross functional organization and Keyloop Co-Delivery organization to identify opportunities for onboarding new Co-Delivery partners to facilitate Keyloop Co-Delivery strategy.
  • Oversee partner tracking to improve accurate reporting and host relevant training sessions and enablement activities with partners proactively and based on identified competency gaps to promote delivery quality.
  • Advocate for the Co-Delivery Partner's needs internally; managing any escalations and issues on projects being delivered by Co-Delivery partners.
  • Monitor and action Key Performance Indicators and SLA results for each Co-Delivery partner (Customer satisfaction, forecast accuracy)
  • Manage the commercial relationship with our Co-Delivery partners including the creation and management of contracts and associated governance process to support the delivery of partner resources.

 

Key Results Indicators & Measures of success

  • Projects assignment to, and delivery through Co-Delivery partners in line with the set target per market
  • Projects planning and delivery by Co-Delivery Partners in line with SLA.
  • Revenue target achievement through Co-Delivery in line with forecast / plan
  • Successful delivery of projects - on budget and time
  • Improved Partner performance, resource certification, training and upskill opportunities of our Partners portfolio.
  • Demonstrable Partner and Customer satisfaction, monitored via regular feedback.

 

Skills / Knowledge & Experience

  • High-level of communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organisation, planning and coordination skills.
  • Well-honed commercial and leadership skills
  • Experience of working in a fast moving and dynamic customer facing project environment, ideally from an IT (Software) organization
  • 5+ years’ experience within a professional services organization as, Partner Manager, and/or Consulting Manager
  • Experience managing partner or third-party organization enablement including upskilling teams to provide delivery capabilities.
  • Excel at working directly with Co-Delivery Partners and customers to gather, prioritize, plan, and execute solutions to customer business requirements as it relates to technology.
  • Experience managing commercial agreements with partners including statements of works to support services management.
  • Initiative, determination, and a high degree of resourcefulness
  • General Industry knowledge (10+ years) with a significant proportion in Project Management /Delivery or related IT industry (automotive industry knowledge added advantage, but not mandatory)
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure while helping partners drive successful customer engagements and outcomes.
