What is the purpose of the role?

As Co-Delivery Head of Projects, you are responsible for delivery of successful projects to our customers across different markets (time zone) in collaboration with Co-delivery Partners. Develop and lead the Co-Delivery Project Management team in delivering Professional Services projects to our clients and to focus on increasing the competence, productivity of our Associates and the performance and effectiveness of our collaboration with the Co-delivery Partners team.

Engaged in the project allocation cycle, gain stakeholders trust and confidence in Keyloop’s ability to deliver through Co-Delivery Partners and ensure all projects are adequately defined, scoped and supported by appropriate and acceptable contracts. Take oversight for all projects assigned to the team and be ultimately responsible for successful delivery to agreed schedule, commercial and quality commitments, attending Co-Delivery Partners and customer steering meetings (where required) and acting as the Co-Delivery Partners primary escalation point as required.

Managing Project Managers in the team, you will work cross functionally to engage all areas of the business to align effectively to support the needs of the Co-Delivery Partners, customer and projects, balancing conflicting priorities to the benefit of the customer and Keyloop.

The Co-Delivery Head of Projects is well organized, articulate, detail-orientated and commercially aware, with an understanding of business operations, and able to lead and delegate effectively. You take pride and responsibility and have the drive to make things happen to get the job done.

This role is key to us delivering a first class service to our customers, and requires excellent people and project management capabilities as well as exceptional communication skills. You are an experienced professional, with the drive and experience to make a difference. The role requires an experienced Leader with Project Management skills, capable of mentoring and developing the team, managing the cross functional relationships internally, with Co-Delivery Partners and being part of Co-Delivery Management team. You will be expected to challenge the status quo and identify, promote and execute improvement opportunities on a regular basis. The role requires presence, passion and energy.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

· Review and define project definition where required in the sales process (Discovery workshops, expectation setting etc.) and work to finalize the final SOW, project quotations and related contracts including project allocation to Co-delivery Partner

· Work with PMO team to oversee pipeline planning process with each of the delivery partners to ensure partner resource availability in a timely manner to support project delivery

· Oversight of (and hands on management as required) forecast, planning, managing and controlling the implementation of multiple projects to a wide range of customers through Co-Delivery Partners

· Promote professionalism in project delivery via the team and ensure adherence to best practice, Keyloop standards and related processes, while taking a customer focused approach

· Team and people management encompassing formal and daily processes, mentoring and coaching, performance management

· Attend Co-Delivery Partners and customer steering meeting, act as prime Partner and customer escalation point during the project lifecycle

· Manage Co-Delivery Partners, external (senior) stakeholders, the Keyloop Sales teams and internal Keyloop senior management stakeholders as required to achieve project success

· Deliver top quality reporting on project status to a wide variety of stakeholders, providing senior level insight and decision making based on sound analysis

· Achievement of defined commercial targets

· Participate in Global Professional Services Practice, introduce and drive change, improvement, process, operational improvements. (make change happen)

· Develop and maintain team plan for the longer term, in conjunction with Co-Delivery management and Global Professional Services Practice

· Orders and Projects planning by Co-Delivery Partners in line with SLA

· Revenue target achievement in line with forecast / plan

· Successful delivery of projects - on budget and time

· Commercial and operational effectiveness - Billable and Productive utilization of team

· Associates skills development in line with Global Professional Services Practice

· Demonstrable customer satisfaction, monitored via regular feedback

· Project governance in place and project delivery to standards, measurable via Project audits

Skills / Knowledge & Experience

· High-level of communication, facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills

· Excellent organisation, planning and coordination skills

· Well-honed commercial and leadership skills

· Experience of working in a fast moving and dynamic customer facing project environment, ideally from an IT (Software) organization

· Experience of commercial decision making and experience in the sales process

· Extensive experience of running large scale, complex IT projects involving Co-Delivery Partners / Sub- Contractors, multiple stakeholders / departments / countries

· Extensive experience of working with a project management methodology such as PRINCE2 or PMI

· Experience of using industry standard project management systems, processes, tools and techniques

· General Industry knowledge (10+ years) with a significant proportion in Project Management /Delivery or related IT industry (automotive industry knowledge added advantage, but not mandatory)

· Language skills appropriate for region and English
