Purpose of Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager of Quoting and Software Audit to join our team. This critical role will focus on refining quoting processes, tools, and standards to empower our Sales team to drive business velocity and operational efficiency.

 

You will be a key player in ensuring that our quoting mechanisms are streamlined, scalable, and aligned with our strategic goals.

 

In addition, you will oversee software licensing audits, ensuring compliance with contracts and usage policies, protecting the company from risks while maximizing value.

 

You will also manage a team of 10 professionals, guiding them to meet quoting quality and velocity SLA's, while supporting their ongoing training and development.

With a keen eye for detail, the confidence and ability to communicate with colleagues from different cultures and markets and a can-do attitude you will be a key part of delivering sales success for Keyloop.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

 

Quoting Processes and Tools:

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve quoting processes to reduce cycle times and enhance accuracy.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to evaluate and integrate tools that optimize the quoting workflow.
  • Develop and enforce standards for quoting to maintain consistency and clarity across the organization.
  • Lead initiatives to automate quoting functions where possible to support scalability.

 

Support for Sales and Business Velocity:

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to accelerate deal closures.
  • Ensure quoting processes are responsive to customer and market needs, maintaining a balance between agility and compliance.
  • Provide training and resources to enable Sales to leverage tools and processes effectively.

 

Software Licensing and Audit:

  • Manage software audits to ensure compliance with licensing agreements and corporate policies, discovering potential additional Annual Recurring Revenue.
  • Proactively identify risks associated with software quoting and usage and implement measures to mitigate them.
  • Maintain a detailed record of software contracts, usage rights, and associated policies.

 

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of 10 professionals, ensuring they adhere to quoting quality and velocity SLA’s.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to support team members’ growth.
  • Oversee the training and onboarding of new team members to ensure consistency in quoting practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

 

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Act as the primary liaison between Sales, IT, Finance, and Operations for quoting and software audit matters.
  • Present process improvement updates, audit findings, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine quoting and audit approaches.

 

Skills/Knowledge & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, quoting, or software compliance roles.
  • Proficiency in quoting tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ software).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

 

Preferred:

  • Experience in Sales Operations or a similar function in a technology-driven organization.
  • Familiarity with software licensing models and compliance requirements.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement, or similar.
  • Proven track record of driving process changes that improve business outcomes.
