Purpose of role
Keyloop Professional Services (PS) are responsible for the implementation of Keyloop products for customers around the world. There are multiple products; both core Dealer Management Systems and generic “Layered Products” such as printing and communications. PS are tasked with delivering value to customers as quickly as possible by understanding their requirements, configuring their products, and achieving their acceptance. These installation and configuration services are provided by in-market local consultants, third party certified partners, and remote delivery centres. The European remote delivery centre engages directly with customers and works alongside project managers and other consultants.
The European delivery centre is based in Madrid and will work with customers and project teams across a variety of locations and timezones, with communication taking place in English and the customer language.
This role is an entry to the company and we hope to develop people who will be key contributors to the business. We are seeking potential leaders with an aptitude for learning, collaboration, and customer focus in a technical environment. We value strong communication skills, creative thinking and initiative. The successful candidate will participate in a two year development programme alongside fellow consultants.
The Remote Delivery Consultant is a professional who works within a project team that may be in a different location. They execute business tasks, understanding the customer and business context and deliver outcomes to a project team. They meet high quality standards with quick turnaround. They drive for continuous improvement and are highly utilised. They need to learn continuously and provide feedback on knowledge management content to drive improvements.
Role Responsibilities
- Continually learn about the industry, products, and technology required to understand customer requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Manage a workload of tasks from different regions, projects and customers. Coordinate with management on priorities and delivery timelines. Follow the instructions and guidelines of the project manager or the lead consultant, to ensure the tasks assigned to them are delivered on time.
- For each assigned task, use pre-existing knowledge assets to deliver outcomes for that project. These may require some independent skills and decision-making, consulting project team members to remove uncertainties.
- The individual will undergo a significant onboarding programme and will need to continually keep their skills up to date as new services are onboarded to the delivery centre.
- Providing feedback and continuous improvement to knowledge management and product development teams will enable ongoing reductions in time to value and increases in delivery quality.
- Use various tools and platforms to perform the tasks, such as data analysis, configuration, workload/queue management, feedback, etc.
- Collaborate with the project team and the project manager and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ensure that the deliverables are of high quality and meet the expectations and requirements of the client.
- Track their progress and report any issues or challenges to the delivery centre manager, the project manager, or the lead consultant.

Skills / Knowledge & Experience
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar role, such as business analyst, consultant, or project coordinator.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and other languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work with data and information.
- Proficient skills in using various tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, etc.
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset, and ability to adapt to changing situations and expectations.
- A passion for learning and improving, and willingness to take feedback and guidance.
- Ability to work well within a team and contribute to collective goals.
Qualifications (Desirable)
- IT Technical knowledge, related to software configuration, database management or systems integrations.
Essential Requirements:
- Knowledge and/or Experience in Technical Fields: Exposure to IT, software configuration, database management, systems integration, network management and technical troubleshooting.
- Proficient English Skills: Preferrable (non-mandatory) validated by a recognized language certificate (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS) or a degree from an English-speaking institution
- Willingness to Relocate: Open to relocating to Spain on short notice and able to commit long-term.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to team objectives.
- Analytical Acumen: Comfortable handling data, with an ability to interpret complex information and present findings clearly.

Desirable Requirements:
- Project Management Skills: Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma.
- Experience with CRM or ERP Systems: Knowledge of platforms like Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Digital Marketing or Data Analytics: Understanding of digital marketing principles or experience using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Industry Knowledge: Previous exposure to the automotive, technology, or consulting sectors.
- Professional Certifications: Additional credentials in business analysis, project management (e.g., PMP), or IT (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco).
- Advanced Presentation Skills: Ability to create impactful presentations and communicate effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- International Experience: Participation in study abroad programs, internships, or extensive travel outside one's home country.
