Netsuite Consultant

OVERVIEW

We are seeking an individual to join the Keyloop Finance Systems Development & Support team as a Netsuite Consultant. This team is part of the wider Corporate IT organisation, and is enabling new and compelling initiatives in support of the Finance strategy for Keyloop.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Senior NetSuite Consultant to develop, maintain and enhance Keyloop’s NetSuite platform.  This role is an exceptional opportunity to be part of an ongoing global transformation programme.

THE ROLE

The NetSuite Consultant understands the full extent of the digital solution and will collaborate effectively with colleagues in the development function to assess solution options and build solutions that achieve both strategic business goals and meet operational requirements.

You will provide advanced technical support to resolve NetSuite related issues, working alongside your administration colleagues to ensure smooth operations.  There should be a strong focus on knowledge sharing and transfer.

You may also be required to customize NetSuite modules to align with business processes, including creating custom records, fields and forms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical design and delivery of complex change requests and major projects
• High Level and Details sizing Capability
• Collaborative working across teams to design, build and support solutions on and surrounding the NetSuite platform.
• Facilitate release management activities across teams, ensuring controlled and timely deployments within a continuous integration environment. Ensure that all changes are documented, reviewed, tested and approved before release.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on items related to NetSuite and the NetSuite eco-system.
• Hands-on resolution of support desk tickets or other complex issues where senior help is required.
• Coaching junior resources to enable support teams to rotate into the declarative team activities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for customisations, configuration and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and training

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience as a NetSuite Consultant or possibly Administrator at an end user with a complex OneWorld implementation.

Essential

• More than 3 years of experience with NetSuite as an Administrator in a complex environment using OneWorld or as a NetSuite Consultant in practice.
• Fully confident supporting all aspects of O2C, P2P, R2R and FAM.
• SuiteFoundation and Administration Certification.
• Up to date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, including latest release.
• Knowledge of business development activities, including the design of NetSuite solutions based upon input from business analysts.
• An understanding of NetSuite offerings, including licensing options.

Desirable

• Experience with Zone Billing and Advanced Revenue Management.
• Experience with NetSuite Multi-book accounting.
• NetSuite Consultant Certification.
• Experience with Kyriba or Blackline an advantage.
• Knowledge of the systems delivery lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing (all phases), migration and deployment.

Preferred skills

• A confident written and verbal communicator, able to clearly explain digital solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of priorities and able to balance workload across various projects, issues, and end users.
• Able to work within a team with varied skillsets, both leading and supporting colleagues.
