Purpose of the role:

Sales Enablement plays a pivotal role in driving and supporting the Keyloop GTM (Go to Market) Teams in moving to a ‘best in class’ status. We support our 100+ staff with a variety of programmes to help them achieve success. This role is responsible for contributing on key enablement workstreams that drive the success of our GTM teams. We seek an individual who has drive, can work at speed and demonstrate a flexible approach.  You should be independent and team working. The ideal candidate should be comfortable collaborating with key stakeholders from many other departments with an ability to communicate and influence across a range of cultures and seniority levels. 

 

You will help support the technology innovation and usage across our GTM team, working closely with Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Global Business Development and Sales Leadership teams. The Sales Enablement Specialist is well organised, articulate and detail orientated.  

  


Key Duties and responsibilities include but will not be limited to: 

  • Training Session Logistics: Lead the coordination of logistics for training sessions. Your goal is to guarantee smooth execution and an engaging learning experience for all participants. 

  • Monitor and Report on Training Effectiveness: Collect and analyse participant feedback and training effectiveness metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement. 

  • Tool Adoption: Work on programmes to increase the adoption and usage of our tools, ensuring that we maximise value. 

  • Tools Administration: Administer our sales technology stack, including integrations between our tools and CRM (Customer Relationship Management Tool). 

  • Onboarding Support: Provide essential support in the onboarding process for new sales staff, executing on communications and coordinating training activities. 

  • Keep Seismic Content Fresh: Support in developing and overseeing our learning platform and content site, ensuring the information remains current and relevant for our programmes. 

  • Report on content and training usage: Generate insights from various data sources and develop mechanisms to ensure that these insights can be utilised by management, sales and marketing. 

  

 

Key Results Indicators & Measure of success 

  • Easy to access content and training for all GTM teams 

  • Training content uploaded, maintained and regularly updated. 

  • Increased adoption of Sales Enablement Tools 

  • Creation of reports and insights for Leadership 

 

 

Skills / Knowledge and Experience:  

  • Highly logical with a problem-solving mindset. 

  • An understanding of CRMs 

  • Ability to present data in a variety of formats to ensure target audience can understand. 

  • Experience working with sales enablement tools such as CMS (content management) and L&D platforms. 

  • Diplomatic in approach with an ability to work with people at every level in the business from C-Suite through to front line colleagues. 

  • An appreciation for the sales process with an understanding of how to use technology to improve effectiveness and efficiency. 

  • Data driven with an ability to figure out where or how to get hold of any data that is needed and how to tell a story using it.

Desirable:

  • Experience with LMS (Learning Management System) and content management platforms (preferably Seismic). 

  • Good knowledge of Salesforce Lightning
