Purpose of role:

Critical role in supporting the Sales/GTM, PMO, Delivery and CoDelivery teams and setting them up for success, by providing product expertise and prescriptively enabling scope clarity and capture, according to best practice leverage of our products and for our customers.  They are experts who are accountable for supporting the creation of all the artifacts required for delivery of all products and the continued optimisation of all processes/outputs that are to be utilised in customer discovery scope discussions and project scope considerations.

 

They will also assist in the provision of onboarding Product training to our new starters and co-delivery partners.  They are internally and externally recognised as a business contributor, industry and product specialist.  Partnered with the PMO, Delivery and Co-Delivery teams, they will align to ensure they prioritise their work based on the backlog, pipeline, and single points of failure to ensure we focus on the highest ROI.  They will maintain a peer relationship with the Delivery Organisation senior managment team, offering proactive and prescriptive advice, resulting in right first time / outstanding customer success. To act as source of expertise and guide to consultant skills pools. Assisting the Delivery Managers to develop, evolve, and retain team(s) of highly skilled, motivated consultants to address the best practice and evolving delivery requirements for the associated products like DMS, Manufacturer Systems (MS), Country Specifics (CS), Layered Applications, Keyloop acquired products and partner applications.

 

The Lead Consultant will assist in sales support, evaluating and estimating customer requests. They will engage with customer (alongside other Keyloop functions) - ensuring accurate scoping, estimating, and planning of delivery, also attend product reviews to ensure products align to requirements/are easy to deploy and ensure ongoing development of associates within the various skilled teams, through amongst other methods the maintenance and formalization of knowledge management (collateral/artefacts/testing docs) to meet the current and expected business needs and outcomes.

 

 

Role Responsibilities.

  • Strategy & Planning (Standardization, efficiency, and adaptability to evolving product)
    • Define and maintain a continuously evolving standard blueprint for the delivery of the products.
    • Evaluate product specifics and define processes to ensure continuous readiness of the consultant skills pools to deliver optimally on projects.
    • Assist sales in pre-sales technical requirement analysis, discovery practices, estimate templates, SOW frameworks and the approach to ensure customer expectations are understood and managed.
    • Attend product reviews to ensure product alignment to delivery blueprint for the consultant team(s).
    • Work with product re product development and provide important feedback loop to product on field data/findings/situations, as well assisting in product launch. support and successful knowledge build for the products released in the market.

Skills / Knowledge & Experience

 

  • Relevant business background and have a proven track record in acting as a key point of contact / SME in product delivery and leader of expert consultant team(s)

  • Must have the proven ability to define and maintain standard end-to-end business process for optimal delivery of software and in working with product teams to create efficiently deployable products

  • Must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of creating and executing on large strategic change programs

  • Proven track record of technical expertise and team competence, through successful people management, leadership skills and people development

  • Must be very strongly process-driven with a track record of successfully handling considerable change and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Commercially astute, good business acumen, with very strong analytical skills

  • Knowledge of the Automotive industry (desirable, not essential)

  • Ability to advise, persuade and influence people in a professional and effective manner

  • Must be able to plan and deliver the deployment of skills/resources across multiple tasks simultaneously and to effectively organize workload

  • Must demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Open for challenges and striving for continuous improvement, motivating and engaged

Qualifications Required

Essential

  • Technical/Professional qualification

    • Tertiary 1 e.g. Degree, post graduate qualifications or equivalent experience

    • Qualificationin implementing quality process is desirable but not essential. E.g. Six Sigma Green Belt
