Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build, develop, and retain strong relationships with owners, management teams, and employees of local and national automotive dealer organisations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at the decision-maker and owner levels within the automotive dealer sector in your region.
  • Manage client expectations versus the performance of Keyloop, taking accountability for both.
  • Achieve yearly turnover equivalent to the minimum performance quota.
  • Grow existing accounts through a relevant business mix.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Keyloop products and services, leveraging internal expertise with clients.
  • Focus on generating Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), accounting for first-year recurring revenue minus any legacy contract revenue.
  • Demonstrate professionalism within the first three months by:
    • Presenting the Keyloop Company Overview (PPT), highlighting the benefits of partnership.
    • Producing a Business & Sales plan (PPT, Word, Excel).
    • Providing a high-level overview of the DMS and presenting the top 3-4 benefits of main products (PPT).
    • Demonstrating full comprehension of the Keyloop sales process.
    • Producing accurate and meaningful WIP, forecasts, plans, and visit reports.
    • Strategically thinking to increase year-over-year productivity, facilitating double-digit business growth and increasing share of wallet.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven experience in strategic sales and planning, including the development of annual sales plans.
  • Ability to define territory and sales strategies on a monthly basis for a 12-month timeline.
  • Efficient workload planning and time management for automotive dealer prospect visits.
  • Balancing client expectations with realistic and profitable performance for Keyloop.
  • Self-management and effective allocation of time to prospects, clients, and stakeholders.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong sales process expertise.
  • Ability to identify different behavioural styles.
  • Experience in building C-suite relationships and engaging various personas, including influencers and decision-makers.
  • Self-managed activity planning, preparation, execution, and recording.
  • Identification od Cross-Sell opportunities through effective questioning and market awareness.
  • Proficiency in face-to-face board-level presentations and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
  • Critical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in negotiating commercial proposals
  • Ability to bounce back from setbacks and maintain motivation despite rejection
  • Managing SalesForce pipelines with accurate forecasting
  • Resilience in overcoming objections.
